Tie Guan Ying is one of the most revered and sought-after oolong teas in China. Sourced directly from the master Zhou in Anxi, Fujian province, handpicked and hand rolled. The authentic high quality Tie Guan Yin should have the shape of so called "Qing Ting Tou", meaning Dragonfly Head. The quality of Tie Guan Yin as well as taste are traditionally graded into four types, Zhen Wei, Xiao Zhen, Xiao Qing, and Tuo Shuan. Zhen Wei and Xiao Zhen is the best among them and Tuo Shuan is the inferior grade.
