Shipping, Returns and Exchange
Available Shipping Services
We offer domestic shipping via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. You can also choose UPS for both domestic and international shipments. For international orders, we provide DHL Express and FedEx shipping options. Shipping fees vary based on location and weight, and all shipments include a tracking number to monitor delivery progress. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be shipped on the next business day. We aim to fulfill and ship all orders within 24-48 hours.
Shipment Status
All US domestic and international shipments are fully trackable. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can also track your parcel directly through "My Account."
Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Please note that the international recipient is responsible for any local duties and taxes due at delivery. We are not responsible for any shipping and fees that are incurred while in transit. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
If the parcel is returned due to the refusal by the recipient to pay any required duties or taxes, a 15% restocking fee will be applied upon finding that the product was returned intact. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Free shipping available within US
We sometimes offer promotions on free shipping for domestic US only. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and service used to deliver all orders electing free shipping.
Incorrect addresses
Please enter your shipping address correctly! If the address you provided is wrong and incurred a service charge by the carrier for intercepting a package already in transit, you will be responsible for the additional service charges and the additional delivery time. Please double check your address after entering.
We do not accept PO Box addresses for shipping.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Tea
We accept returns for incorrect orders or damaged items within 15 days of receipt, provided the package is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Teaware
Teaware returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt and returned no less than 15 days from the date of receipt. The items must be unused while in the customer’s possession. All teaware returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, returns that are not received in their original packaging will incur a 10% repackaging fee.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at info@meimeitea.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your name, order number, the reason for your return or exchange, and whether you would prefer a refund or store credit. Please note that opened tea pouches are not eligible for return.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns that are not authorized may be refused, and the customer will be responsible for any associated costs and losses. Please notify us of your return in advance so we can track your package.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. We recommend shipping returns in a box (not a padded envelope) to ensure the safe return of your tea or teaware.

Sales and Clearance
All clearance item sales are final. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless the product is damaged or defective.
